Our 18-month **CHAiNGERS** trainee program in Operations \& Supply Chain prepares you for accelerated development within the Operations \& Supply Chain function at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. During the program, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the various Operations \& Supply Chain functions, lead projects in our production plants, build an extensive professional network, and benefit from a personalized training and development plan preparing you for future roles within the organization. #### **During the Program, You Will:** * Acquire solid production knowledge and understand our value chain, becoming familiar with plant culture * Experience shadowing with on-site teams and functions * Understand the technology used in the plant * Contribute to high-visibility, high-impact strategic projects * Earn your Green Belt Certification in Lean Six Sigma * Participate in learning experiences designed for your professional development * Receive high visibility and mentorship from your direct supervisor, subject-matter experts, and senior leaders throughout the program * Lead high-impact projects within Operations \& Supply Chain, collaborating with cross-functional areas Upon completion of the program—and based on your performance and business needs—you will be offered your next role within one of our business units, where your acquired knowledge and experience will accelerate your professional career. #### **Your Role:** * Actively participate in the 18-month trainee program, gaining a holistic view of the functions and responsibilities of Operations and Supply Chain at Henkel Adhesive Technologies. * Support daily activities at your assigned plant, achieving a complete understanding and appreciation of the entire AO value chain; this includes exposure to various supply chain-related functions such as strategy, digital business, procurement, and sales—building a broad organizational perspective. * Lead and execute multiple cross-functional projects focused on continuous improvement within the plant, enabling you to develop deep expertise across Operations \& Supply Chain functions. * Participate in training and networking opportunities to prepare for future leadership roles within the organization. #### **During the Program You Will Gain:** * Individualized training, development plans, high visibility, mentorship from your leader, and connections with senior leaders and other trainees globally. * Upon completing the program—and based on your performance and business needs—you may secure a role within the Operations and Supply Chain area at one of our regional locations, where your acquired knowledge and experience will unlock numerous professional development opportunities. **Your Required Skills:** * Graduated with excellence in engineering disciplines (Chemical, Industrial, Materials, Production, Mechanical, Systems). * Maximum 2\-3 years of experience (Production, Quality, Engineering, Lean, SHE, Consulting, Digital, Data Analytics). * Up to 2\-3 years of professional experience, ideally in production or manufacturing environments. * Fluent/advanced English proficiency is mandatory. * Willingness to work on-site (Quilicura and Pudahuel), as this role is 100% in-person. * Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across all organizational levels. * Ability to actively listen and ask relevant questions to deepen understanding. * Capability to deliver presentations and adapt messaging for diverse audiences. * Good time management and organizational skills to ensure timely task completion. * Interest in continuous learning and personal development, including emerging technologies, digitalization, and data analytics. * Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities (prior internship/co\-op experience is valued). * Motivation and potential to grow into a future leadership role. * Ability to understand organizational processes systemically and how they integrate. * Proactivity in seeking diverse solutions and approaches to challenges (benchmarking, networking, technical foundations, etc.). * Curiosity to understand problems, consider multiple perspectives, and question the status quo.
