




Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior IT Support Technician for a corporate security migration project, resolving complex incidents and collaborating with cross-functional teams. We are currently seeking to hire a Senior IT Support Technician to participate in an important corporate security platform migration project. **Net Salary:** $1\.300\.000 per month Metropolitan Region On-site or hybrid work mode, depending on project requirements Project-based contract, with possibility of extension **Position Objective** Ensure the correct technical execution of the security migration process by providing specialized support to users and servers, resolving complex incidents, and collaborating with Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Service Desk teams. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform installations and uninstallations of security software on workstations and servers. * Resolve incidents arising from technological migration processes. * Diagnose and resolve advanced issues in Windows systems. * Analyze events, logs, and services to identify root causes. * Develop and execute PowerShell scripts for task automation. * Administer and support processes using Active Directory and Group Policy Objects (GPO). * Collaborate with Infrastructure and Cybersecurity teams. * Provide Level 2 and Level 3 escalation support\. * Support deployment processes using SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Central, or equivalent tools. **Requirements** **Mandatory** * Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Networking, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in advanced IT support. * Solid knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11\. * Experience with Windows Server. * Active Directory administration. * Group Policy (GPO) administration. * Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP networking protocols. * PowerShell proficiency for automation and administration. * Experience using SCCM, Intune, Endpoint Central, or similar tools. **Desirable** * Experience in technological migration projects. * Knowledge of corporate antivirus and/or EDR solutions. * Experience in medium- to large-scale corporate environments. **Competencies** * Analytical ability and problem-solving skills. * Proactivity and autonomy. * Internal customer orientation. * Effective communication. * Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks. **Application Process** **To facilitate technical evaluation, please specify the following in your application:** * PowerShell experience. * Active Directory and GPO experience. * Windows Server experience. * SCCM, Intune, or Endpoint Central experience. * Participation in technological migration projects. * Level 2 or Level 3 support experience\.
