No.: 15/DSH/EITE/2026** Publication end date: 16\.05\.2026 Your responsibilities * Analysis of production system errors and preparation of system fixes and data correction scripts * Handling service requests (Service Request) and testing in the context of system documentation and Maintenance Service Catalog * Maintaining and updating documentation, including legislative, process-related, and technical integration documentation * Assessing the impact of legislative and business changes on the system * Supporting the development and testing teams by assigning tasks to Level 3 support * Supporting change backlog management and process optimization * Active participation in Scrum events * Analyzing business requirements and translating them into system specifications for systems maintained and developed by the Company * Creating implementation documentation for developers Our requirements * Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst * Ability to create analytical and design documentation using CASE tools and techniques * Practical knowledge of UML and BPMN notations * Practical ability to specify requirements and use cases * At least basic SQL knowledge enabling data and structure analysis * Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Wiki (markdown) * Experience working in agile methodologies * English language proficiency sufficient for reading technical documentation * Effectiveness in action * Business accountability * Commitment to continuous development and openness to diverse perspectives * BIG DATA analysis Desirable: * Knowledge of Oracle and PostgreSQL database technologies and tools * Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Java Spring, IntelliJ, SQL Developer, Grafana, and Postman technologies and tools * Experience in specifying integration interfaces * Familiarity with Enterprise Architect tool * Practical experience working with GIT repositories, including documentation versioning What we offer * Attractive remuneration and stable employment * Diverse team of employees * Work in a modern, international corporation * Opportunity to work with experts from various domains * Participation in large, innovative projects * Access to modern tools and working methods * Benefits * Private medical care * Training and course funding * Life insurance * Pension program * Additional social benefits * Holiday allowance * Charitable initiatives * Additional leave * Sports card * Tickets to sports events sponsored by the Group * Bonus system
