Job Summary: We are seeking a Retail Supervisor to lead commercial, customer service, and operational management of retail offices in the Ancud/Chiloé macro-region, with a focus on growth and target achievement. At Chilexpress, we are looking for a **Retail Supervisor (Ancud/Chiloé Macro-Region)** responsible for leading commercial, customer service, and operational management of company-owned, third-party, and franchised retail offices within their territory. We seek a candidate with a strong commercial orientation, field leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage business metrics—driving achievement of sales targets, productivity goals, and customer experience objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead the assigned macro-region comprehensively, prioritizing offices based on revenue impact, margin, and operational risk. * Drive territorial commercial growth by promoting campaigns, cross-selling services, and identifying new local expansion opportunities. * Manage sales and customer service operations across retail offices in the zone, ensuring adherence to operational standards. * Ensure achievement of commercial targets, productivity metrics, and customer experience KPIs (NPS, complaints, service levels). * Design and implement action plans for underperforming offices, correcting deviations and ensuring sustained improvement. * Monitor and manage critical business metrics using dashboards, reporting tools, and Excel-based analysis. * Efficiently administer territorial resources, ensuring proper operation, brand image, and infrastructure of offices. * Lead and develop direct reports (office managers and/or commercial operators), setting clear objectives and conducting systematic follow-up. * Maintain direct, ongoing relationships with franchisees and key network stakeholders through regular field visits. **Education and/or Experience:** * Technical or University degree in Commercial Engineering, Business Administration (Executive Engineering), or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles, preferably in retail or retail office management. * Proven experience in retail, mass consumption, gas stations, fast food, banking, or other network-based service industries is mandatory. * Intermediate-level Excel proficiency. * Experience managing performance indicators, management control, and designing KPIs. * CRM software proficiency and basic accounting knowledge are desirable. * Experience managing franchisees or decentralized structures is desirable. **Working Conditions:** * Workplace: Retail offices \- Ancud\-Chiloé. * Employment Mode: In-person. * Fieldwork: Frequent and prioritized within the assigned zone. * Working Hours: Article 22\. * Personal mobility (own vehicle preferred). **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Strong results orientation. * Leadership and influence over decentralized teams. * High analytical capability and data-driven decision-making. * Proactivity, autonomy, and ability to prioritize at the territorial level. * Customer orientation and focus on operational excellence. * Negotiation skills and ability to manage commercial relationships.
