The mission of this role is to carry out user assistance, support, and training activities related to the use of organizational computing equipment and systems. Additionally, to provide support to various departmental projects in accordance with established policies. Main Responsibilities * Provide direct and remote IT support to ANDRITZ Chile users. * Install systems according to internal standards. * Clean equipment (software and, in some cases, hardware). * Back up data in case of equipment issues. * Administer and track warranties for notebooks, laptops, and IT equipment in general. * Install and replace communication equipment. * Perform basic server inspections, primarily hardware-related and partially software-related. * Maintain the smartphone inventory, activate devices (internal systems), and provide support. * Manage the replacement and maintenance of backup tapes. * Support activation of new sites or projects. * Participate in all company-organized security activities such as seminars, inductions, trainings, campaigns, and strictly comply with all applicable company regulations, standards, or procedures related to health, safety, and environment, as well as those specific to each project. * Carry out any other ancillary or related duties. Requirements * Technical professional in ICT with experience in first-level support. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. Cross-functional Competencies * Intermediate English * Proficiency with Windows 11 and Office 365\. * Basic networking knowledge. * Knowledge of printers.
