




Job Summary: We are seeking a Pension Administrator to support the administration of Life Annuities and Private Annuities policies, ensuring regulatory compliance and service standards. We seek a **Pension Administrator** whose mission is to support the administration of the Life Annuities and Private Annuities policy portfolio by executing all corresponding computational and operational processes, ensuring compliance with current regulations and the Company’s defined service standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * Manage the portfolio of Life Annuities and Private Annuities * Input various documentation into the Life Annuities and Private Annuities system daily. * Issue and collect Life Annuities and Private Annuities policies daily. * Maintain the in-stock customer portfolio for Life Annuities and Private Annuities. * Administer active state benefits paid through the Company. * Review first pension payment processes and mass pension payment processes for Life Annuities and Private Annuities. * Support the oversight of external suppliers (Banco de Chile – CCAF – Private Courier Services – etc.) Requirements: * Professionals with a Technical Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar roles within the financial industry. * Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency. * Knowledge of accounting systems is desirable.
