Hilti is where people build lasting careers by exploring possibilities, maximizing their potential, taking ownership of their development, and making a real difference every day. **What Will Be Your Responsibilities?** -------------------------------- What Does This Role Involve? * Ensure correct specification of solutions in key projects. * Identify non-specified applications on-site and propose technical solutions aligned with customer standards. * Anticipate specifications at early project stages, influencing structural engineers, project managers, and superintendents. * Support the commercial team in selling technical solutions, including Digital Design and Engineering. * Manage an efficient schedule with on-site visits primarily in Antofagasta and neighboring regions to support projects such as Centinela and Chuquicamata, among others. * Communicate progress and opportunities effectively to internal teams (Project Account Manager, Project Management Office, Customer Project Manager, and Field Engineer). * Develop high-potential focus projects for technical specification and sales. **What Qualifications Do You Need?** ---------------------------------- Requirements: * Degree in Civil Engineering (structures, civil works, mining) or related field. * Preferred specialization in underground mining or mining projects. * English proficiency preferred (not mandatory). * Experience in mining or energy projects in Chile. * Strong influence and effective communication skills. * Field experience and relationships with engineering offices. * Knowledge of national regulations (seismic, structural, testing). * Ability to interpret applicable codes and regulations. * Understanding of the engineering project lifecycle. **What Can You Expect?** ------------------------ Hilti Chile was recognized as the best company (No. 1\) to work for in Chile according to the Great Place to Work ranking of top employers for companies with up to 250 employees.
