Currently, we are seeking a **Planning Manager**, to work on the Northern Airport Project; the office is located in the Commune of Las Condes, Chile. The assignment is projected to last one and a half years in Santiago, followed by relocation to the project region. **Functional/Contextual Aspects of the Position (Considerations):** * The role requires performing duties within the Planning Department. * The role involves constant interaction among team members. * The role demands strong memory, attention, concentration and analytical skills. * The role requires oral and written communication skills. **We seek a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or related fields. * Minimum 10 years’ experience in infrastructure, singular building and civil works projects. * Knowledge of services and infrastructure, design, scheduling and construction sequencing. * Proficiency in Project, Office, Primavera, Power BI, Last Planner and Lean Management. * Strong leadership, negotiation, effective communication, problem-solving, teamwork, initiative and organizational skills. * Professional certifications and postgraduate qualifications in related areas will be positively considered. **Key Functions and Responsibilities:** * Develop the project schedule (Gantt chart), coordinating with all involved departments. * Define an action plan and specific goals to align with each proposed strategic objective. * Monitor and verify physical progress on the ongoing project. * Represent the company before the various entities participating in project execution. * Generate accurate and reliable information regarding project progress. * Prepare and maintain up-to-date versions of the company’s various matrix reports. * Provide technical inputs and expertise, supporting Operations Management on legal, technical, construction-related, AP and AS processes, and general regulatory matters (DGA, Vialidad, Serviu, MOP, etc.), with the aim of delivering information to Process Optimization Plans. **What do we offer?** * Social benefits, work-life balance policies, flexible compensation, diversity initiatives and recognition programs. * Personal and professional development through continuous training programs, internal and international mobility opportunities, and healthy lifestyle practices. * The opportunity to become part of a dynamic work environment guided by three core principles: collaborative intelligence, excellence and comprehensive social responsibility.
