We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer \- AI Engineer (RAG, Agents \& Integrations) **Job Objective** Implement generative AI solutions focused on context retrieval, agents with tools, and integration with institutional systems, ensuring technical quality, traceability, and stable operations. **Role Purpose** This role is designed for a strong execution-oriented profile with a focus on applied engineering. Its primary value lies in connecting models, context, and real-world systems to transform AI use cases into operational and maintainable solutions. REQUIREMENTS * Advanced Python and experience building backend services. * Proficiency in REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, and integration patterns. * Experience with RAG, embeddings, chunking, retrieval, and context design. * Experience with agent frameworks or orchestration chains. * Proficiency in SQL and data structures for operational support. * Experience deploying to cloud environments, preferably AWS.
