Within our **Customer Experience and Technology Management** division, we seek a **Technical Lead** to work at our Central Office located in the commune of Santiago. The role's mission is to lead and coordinate the company’s technological initiatives, ensuring the design, development, and deployment of efficient backend solutions aligned with user needs. Facilitate communication among internal teams, users, and external vendors, ensuring requirements are translated into effective technological solutions. Additionally, supervise and manage systems deployed in environments such as AWS, GCP, SAP, and BTP, ensuring their proper operation, integration, and scalability. **Key Responsibilities:** * Design and implementation of microservices following best practices. * Delivery of technology proposals aligned with the integration area’s guidelines. * Participation in working sessions and tracking of integration projects. * Management of technological initiatives across analysis, implementation, and scaling phases. * Leadership of development teams for the implementation of technological solutions. * Monitoring and resolution of issues in integrated systems. * Documentation and adherence to development and architectural standards. * Regular communication and reporting to stakeholders on project progress and outcomes. If you have experience in this role and wish to join our company, we look forward to your application. **Desired Profile** ------------------ **Key Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computing Engineering, or related field. * 3 years of experience in development roles. * Microservices development (Mandatory). * Advanced knowledge of Java and Spring Boot development (Mandatory). * PostgreSQL and MongoDB databases (Mandatory). * Unit testing (Jest or JUnit) (Mandatory). * CI/CD (Mandatory). * Docker (Basic knowledge) (Mandatory). * Lambda functions (Mandatory). * Availability to work 100% onsite in downtown Santiago. * Residence within the Metropolitan Region. Minimum 3 years of experience Minimum Education: University degree Graduate
