We are currently looking for an AI Developer to join our team. **What will be your role’s mission?** Responsible for leading the design, construction, and deployment of intelligent and autonomous systems capable of perceiving their digital environment, reasoning, planning, and executing actions to solve complex problems — creating digital workers that automate multi-step tasks and contribute to achieving the business’s strategic objectives. **Main Responsibilities** * Lead research and proposal of new agentic technologies, frameworks, and architectures. * Act as the technical reference in stakeholder discussions to define the feasibility of new solutions. * Design the agent’s architecture (reasoning cycle, memory, and planning). * Develop and integrate tools ("tooling") that connect the agent with APIs and other systems. * Mentor junior developers and team members in building AI agents. * Optimize the agent’s architecture and code for efficient use of computational resources (e.g., LLM tokens, CPU). * Design and execute evaluation metrics to measure the agent’s performance, efficiency, and logic. **What do we offer?** * Meal allowance * Complementary health insurance (optional) * Celebrations for major holidays * Productivity bonuses * Year-end bonuses * And many other benefits we’ll share during the interview. **Desired Profile** ------------------ Industrial Civil Engineer, Computer Science Civil Engineer, Statistician, Mathematician, or related degree Minimum 2 years of professional experience **Specific Experience:** In GCP and building Agents using the ADK Framework Inclusive employment Minimum 2 years of experience Minimum education level: University degree Graduate Computer Science Mathematics Engineering Computer Science and Informatics Civil Engineering Statistics Engineering English (intermediate level)
