As a Team Lead for CyberFinancial, you will be the key player in orchestrating critical implementations and custom developments that optimize large-scale asset management and banking processes. If leading high-performance technical teams and ensuring operational excellence in complex financial environments motivates you, this challenge is for you. ### **What You’ll Do** * Lead the full project lifecycle (SDLC) for CyberFinancial platform implementation and enhancement projects, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to required quality standards. * Act as a technical-functional bridge between business stakeholders and the development team to translate complex financial requirements into efficient technical solutions. * Oversee and review integration and custom development architecture, ensuring data integrity and optimal system performance. * Manage the technical backlog and resource allocation, removing bottlenecks and mentoring developers on platform best practices. ### **What Experience You Need** * Minimum 5 years of proven experience in software development or implementation of core banking or financial management systems. * At least 2 years in Technical Leadership or Team Coordination roles (Team Lead / Lead Dev). * Advanced experience (3+ years) with SQL Server or Oracle, including query optimization, stored procedure creation, and handling large data volumes. * Prior hands-on experience with the CyberFinancial platform (configuration, parametrization, or module development). (Desirable) * Certification or minimum 2 years’ experience working under Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban) with management tools such as Jira or Azure DevOps. (Desirable) * Professional degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computing, or related fields. ### **What Could Set You Apart** * Current certification in project management (PMP) or Agile methodologies (Scrum Master). * Advanced knowledge of collections processes, credit risk management, or asset recovery. * Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) to interact with global teams or international vendors. * Experience in AI platform migration.
