The candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining information and indicators across various departments of the Management unit, enabling monitoring of business-critical processes and variables as a central element of process-based management and its continuous improvement. What will be your main responsibilities? * Generate new operational management indicators and reports, based on agreed definitions and data sources, to monitor performance and support cause-effect analysis between activities and outcomes. * Support Management departments in building indicators by delivering reliable, accurate, and timely information to facilitate strategic and operational decision-making, optimizing the company’s resource utilization. * Maintain existing indicators and reports by implementing improvements, modifications, corrections, and automations—both visually and in the underlying data model structure. * Participate in exploring and incorporating emerging technologies, researching and proposing the use of new techniques such as data mining, Data Lake, and artificial intelligence (Copilot). What are we looking for? * A professional holding a degree in Management Control Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, Statistics, Sociology, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. * Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in operational management, process improvement, business intelligence, customer experience, or similar areas. * Proficiency in relational databases, intermediate SQL, intermediate Power BI, and intermediate Power Query.
