At Deliboo—a company specializing in the preparation and production of exquisite lunches and snacks—we are seeking Part-Time Kitchen Assistants (27 weekly hours) for our branch located in the commune of Recoleta. We seek responsible, committed individuals with prior kitchen or food production experience, who are also eager to continue learning and growing within the gastronomic industry. Key responsibilities: \- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and established procedures. \- Support production line/kitchen operations: plating, packaging, or assembly of food items. \- Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area, complying with hygiene and food safety standards. \- Handle food following HACCP or GMP protocols. \- Monitor supplies (expiration dates, labeling, storage). \- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets. \- Assist with general kitchen tasks (washing utensils, organizing cold rooms, restocking). Work schedule (various shifts available): Monday to Friday: \- AM shift: 07:30–17:00 hrs \- PM shift: 11:30–21:00 hrs (Mondays and Tuesdays) Weekends: \- Saturday: 08:30–18:00 \- Sunday: 09:00–18:30 hrs. Preference is given to candidates available to work at least one weekday (Monday to Friday). Benefits Daily net income: AM and PM shifts: $20\.000 \+ $7\.000 (attendance bonus) \= $27\.000 net per working day. Breakfast and lunch included.
