A major commercial company, a leader in its segment, is currently seeking an experienced **Warehouse and Dispatch Operator with experience in distribution centers** to join its operational team in the Metropolitan Region. **Job Objective** Support the comprehensive logistics operation of the warehouse, ensuring proper product flow through receiving, storage, order picking, and dispatch processes, while also contributing to the continuous improvement of internal processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Execute **order picking and order preparation** processes. * Perform **inventory storage, organization, and control**. * Operate **forklifts and/or stackers**. * Support **cross-docking** processes and dispatches to major customers. * Participate in **periodic inventories** (monthly and/or annual). * Use radiofrequency (RF) systems and logistics platforms. * Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area. * Propose operational process improvements and report to direct supervisors. **Candidate Requirements** * Technical training or studies in **Logistics or related field** (graduated, in progress, or completed). * Minimum **5 years of experience in similar roles**. * Experience in warehouse operations and equipment handling. * Knowledge of: * **Excel (intermediate/advanced level)** * **WMS and ERP systems** (SAP preferred) * Radiofrequency (RF) * Valid forklift operator license (desirable). * Residence in the Metropolitan Region. **Employment Conditions** * Work Modality: **On-site** * Location: Industrial area of **Pudahuel** * Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:15 to 18:00 hrs * Friday: 08:15 to 17:00 hrs * Contract Type: * Initial fixed-term contract with possibility of indefinite contract based on performance * Approximate net salary: **$900.000** * Start Date: **Immediate**
