Opportunity to join a committed and dynamic team At Delicatto, we are looking for a Production Assistant for our ice cream shop — a key role in producing and handling the products served to our customers. **Part-Time Shift: 18 hours** **Main Responsibilities:** * Prepare mixtures and ingredients according to established recipes. * Assist in the production of ice cream, sorbets, and complementary products. * Operate and monitor basic production machinery. * Package, label, and store finished products. * Maintain cleanliness and disinfection of work areas, equipment, and utensils. * Verify product quality, texture, and temperature. * Promptly report anomalies or equipment failures. * Follow food hygiene protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE) usage guidelines. **Requirements:** * Experience in food production (ice cream or pastry experience preferred) * Basic studies in gastronomy If you are interested in joining a production process that ensures quality at every stage and seek a dynamic role within a committed team, we invite you to apply.
