The purpose of this position is to contribute to the efficient advancement of judicial debt collection processes by directly managing procedural formalities, judicial actions, and documentation, ensuring traceability, legality, and deadline compliance to support clients' financial recovery in alignment with organizational objectives. Main Responsibilities: * Monitor and advance assigned judicial cases, collaborating to meet procedural deadlines, actions, and requirements. * Execute and request judicial actions with institutional recipients—such as letters rogatory and notifications—verifying their execution in accordance with legal requirements to ensure the validity and effectiveness of procedural acts. * Review and analyze court rulings issued in assigned cases, ensuring their correct interpretation and application. * Register and monitor procedural information in internal systems, client platforms, and the Judiciary’s systems, ensuring traceability and timeliness of judicial proceedings. * Attend courts and other external institutions in person to perform duties inherent to this role that mobilize the assigned judicial portfolio. * Submit simple legal filings related to judicial process progression before courts—either in person or via electronic platforms—ensuring compliance with formal, precise, and timely requirements. * Provide relevant background information to the legal team for drafting executive and ordinary lawsuits, contributing to the accurate formulation of legal actions. * Alert management regarding emerging contingencies and risks in judicial proceedings, ensuring prompt and effective responses to critical situations that may affect the course of proceedings.
