Manage backlog, priorities, and schedules. ### **R&D Project Management Engineer** **Location:** Las Condes, Santiago **Work Schedule:** Daytime, on-site **Contract Type:** Fixed-term or indefinite. **Department:** R&D We are looking for an **R&D Project Management Engineer** to lead and control software and/or hardware development projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, scope, and quality. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Plan, execute, and monitor R&D projects. * Coordinate internal and external technical teams and stakeholders. * Manage project backlog, priorities, and schedules. * Monitor performance indicators and report progress. * Ensure proper documentation and traceability of projects. ### **Requirements:** * Professional degree in **Industrial Civil Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Computing Engineering**, or related field. * **Minimum 4 years of experience** in technology project management. * Experience with methodologies such as **PMI / PMBOK, Scrum, and/or Kanban**. * Proficiency with tools such as **Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Trello**, or similar. * Advanced Office skills. * Experience in **R&D or innovation** areas is desirable. ### **Competencies** * Leadership and effective communication. * Organization, analytical thinking, and results orientation. * Collaborative work and autonomy.
