Your primary objective in this role will be to evaluate and develop continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing processes within Management. **Key Responsibilities:** Map process flows across various projects to optimize resources and increase productivity. Identify opportunities for efficiency, innovation, and service, proposing plans and initiatives that ensure our market growth. Evaluate each project operationally and financially to define priorities based on concrete data. Develop resource planning models, KPIs, incentive systems, statistics, and reports to support decision-making. Analyze and monitor operational projects using Gantt charts and management indicators to ensure timely delivery. Periodically present project progress and results to senior management. Requirements What do we expect from you? ✨ **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Logistics Management Engineering. **Experience:** 0–2 years of professional experience. **Technical Skills:** Intermediate-level Excel (pivot tables), SQL (BigQuery), Google Sheets.
