Your primary mission will be to ensure logistical flow from factory dispatch to on-site assembly, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines, road regulations, and efficient resource utilization. **Key Challenges and Responsibilities** * **Dispatch Logistics Management:** Schedule and supervise the dispatch of prefabricated components, optimizing delivery routes and timelines. * **Permit Processing:** Handle oversized load permits and escort coordination with the Road Authority and relevant entities. * **Site Coordination:** Maintain direct communication with on-site assembly teams to ensure supplies arrive in the required sequence and at scheduled times. * **Operational Supply:** Manage procurement of critical materials and rental of equipment (cranes, platforms, etc.) necessary for operational continuity. * **Monitoring and Reporting:** Track dispatch KPIs and associated logistics costs. **Profile Requirements** * **Education:** Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years in similar roles; experience in prefabrication, infrastructure, or heavy cargo logistics is desirable. * **Specific Knowledge:** * Road regulations governing special cargo transportation. * Proficiency in planning software (Project, Primavera or similar) and ERP systems. * **Skills:** Problem-solving ability under pressure, assertive communication, and strong attention to detail.
