Position Summary: We are seeking a Contract and Third-Party Administration Analyst to comprehensively manage supplier services, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency. Participate in continuous improvement and process optimization. * Hybrid (Remote \+ In-person) * Analyst * Metropolitan Region of Santiago * Huechuraba At **Chilexpress**, a leader in logistics and transportation solutions, we are looking for a **Contract and Third-Party Administration Analyst**, responsible for ensuring comprehensive management and control of services provided by suppliers, safeguarding labor regulatory compliance, operational efficiency, and proper contract administration. **Main Responsibilities:** * Administer and control supplier information, ensuring contractual and regulatory compliance. * Audit supplier compliance with labor regulations and identify or escalate associated alerts or gaps. * Manage relationships with suppliers and internal departments, coordinating operational solutions and improvements. * Generate management reports and key performance indicators to support departmental decision-making. * Manage supplier onboarding, offboarding, and control processes, including contract creation and master data setup. * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and optimization of third-party administration-related processes. **Education and Experience:** * Professional degree in Business Engineering, Certified Public Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field. * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles related to contract administration, supplier control, or third-party management. * Knowledge of labor and tax regulations applicable to outsourced services. * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools. * Experience in information management, data analysis, and report generation (Power BI or similar tools). * Familiarity with management platforms such as Drivin, Sigo, SAP, UGA, or similar is desirable. **Employment Conditions:** * Work location: Huechuraba (Rinconada / El Salto Avenue). * Work modality: Hybrid 4x1 (4 days in-person, 1 remote). * Working hours: Administrative schedule, Monday to Friday.
