Proficiency in using manual and power tools **Job Objective** We seek a **Rough Carpenter** to perform construction, maintenance, and repair tasks for wooden structures, formwork, and installation of new facilities, supporting the proper development of infrastructure and construction projects. **Main Responsibilities** * Perform **field layout and setting-out** according to construction blueprints. * Measure and establish building **levels, plumb lines, and alignments**. * Calculate measurements and select **appropriate materials** for each task. * Size and prepare **timber** according to project requirements. * Construct, install, and repair **wooden structures**, such as columns, trusses, and formwork. * Carry out **interior and exterior cladding** work. * Assist in **maintenance and repair** of existing structures. * Ensure the **proper use, care, and maintenance of manual and power tools**. * Comply with **safety and risk prevention procedures** on site. **Job Requirements** **Education** * Completed secondary education. * Technical training in **Construction** or specialization in carpentry is desirable. **Knowledge and Experience** * Experience in **rough carpentry** work. * Knowledge of **blueprint interpretation**. * Proficiency in using **manual and power tools**. * Knowledge of **construction materials and timber**. * Desirable knowledge in: * **Layout Technician** course * **Carpentry** course * **Timber** course
