Professional education: Computer Science Engineer, Information Engineering, or a related degree in Information Technologies. At least 5 years of experience in Java application development using Spring. Practical application of TDD and unit/integration test coverage. Focus on backend development performance efficiency. Experience with technologies: Golang (mandatory for Senior roles), Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI / GitHub Actions / Jenkins, Linux/Unix\-like OS, Redis, Kafka/RabbitMQ. Mandatory requirements: Solid foundation in algorithms and data structures. Proven experience developing high-traffic, highly available applications. Understanding and application of design patterns and integration techniques. Use of Clean Code best practices and SOLID principles. Proficiency in TDD (Test Driven Development). Clear understanding of CI/CD concepts and their implementation in real-world pipelines.
