Our **IT** team is seeking an **IT Analyst** to manage the proper operation of the company’s core sales and finance systems—primarily Salesforce and SAP—ensuring they operate in accordance with company standards. The purpose of this position is to manage the continuity, improvement, and evolution of assigned systems, supporting improvement projects, new functionalities, integrations, and solutions that maintain platforms up-to-date, innovative, and aligned with the company’s needs and growth. **What You’ll Do** * Manage and support improvement projects for systems, integrations, add-ons, and new functionalities to keep systems updated, innovative, and aligned with company needs * Define system structures and processes, contributing to digital transformation and implementation of new processes, functionalities, and solutions * Maintain relationships with vendors to implement contract management within systems * Provide support for complex user issues not resolvable by the support team * Conduct evaluation and rollout of new functionalities in SAP and Salesforce * Manage the creation and implementation of user manuals and process documentation for assigned systems * Manage and maintain independent test environments separate from production **About You** To succeed in this role, you will have: * A professional degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field. * At least 3 years of experience in administration or implementation roles for ERP and CRM platforms, ideally SAP Business One and Salesforce. * Knowledge of SAP Business One platform administration. * Database management skills, preferably MS SQL and MySQL. * Reporting knowledge, preferably Crystal Reports. * Experience developing XML web services, B1if, and setting up environments in Visual Studio. * Server administration knowledge, particularly MS Windows servers. * Familiarity with data analytics tools, data mining, or Big Data. * Technical English is desirable. **Position Details:** * **Work Location:** Quilicura, hybrid mode. * **Working Hours:** Monday–Thursday 08:15–17:45, Friday 08:15–14:00. **What We Offer** At Inchcape, we are building the future of mobility—and we invite you to do it with us.
