Every day, more than 80,000 colleagues worldwide lead the way toward greener, smarter mobility—connecting cities while reducing carbon emissions and replacing cars. **Key Responsibilities:** * Plan, coordinate, and control — in direct collaboration with customers — the development, contractual execution, and administrative management of various contracts, ensuring their compliance and guaranteeing achievement of established quality, schedule, and cost standards. * Manage local guarantees for each contract, safeguarding the company’s interests and contributing to maintaining and improving customer trust and satisfaction. * Monitor the monthly project review cycle, highlighting key variances related to quality commitments, cost, and execution, initiating corrective actions and reporting to the project director. * Lead risk and savings analysis meetings, as well as project review meetings, including thorough replanning to update risks and savings per project review requirements. * Participate in periodic meetings with various internal departments involved in projects — both nationally and internationally — to coordinate contract execution, monitor procedural and deadline compliance, and ensure achievement of organizational strategic objectives. * Manage the development of smaller contracts and those attached to existing contracts, ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments, guaranteeing profitability per contract, and safeguarding the company’s interests. * Optimize the company’s profitability margins. * Maintain and increase levels of internal customer trust in the company. * Comply with the health, safety, and environmental management system, protecting natural resources and addressing aspects and impacts related to daily activities; maintaining awareness of actual and potential risks arising from such activities. Accordingly, you are responsible for knowing waste segregation and disposal within your work area. Furthermore, fully ensure compliance with internal regulations on order, hygiene, and safety, fostering an environment oriented toward participatory resolution of conditions that may arise before, during, or after execution of work in your area. **Requirements:** * Knowledge of finance and cost management — desirable. * Five years’ experience in maintenance projects. * Degree in Electronic Engineering or a related field. * Intermediate-to-advanced fluent English — desirable. * Experience in the railway sector. * Experience in P5\.1 — desirable. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
