**What Are the Position’s Objectives?**

Document, critically analyze, and redesign operational and financial processes related to economic benefits, proposing improvements and new tools to enhance efficiency and information quality—strengthening decision-making within the department and management of its teams—in coordination with the Senior Process Engineer, the Technology, Finance, and Medical departments.
**What Will Be Your Main Challenges?**

* Document and critically analyze the department’s operational and financial processes, identifying inefficiencies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
* Propose and design process improvements, redesigns, and automations, evaluating their impact and building the value proposition for approval.
* Promote adoption of new analytical tools and practices across teams, supporting implementation and measuring outcomes.
* Design performance and risk indicators (KPI/KRI) and dashboards delivering actionable insights for decision-making and team management.
* Develop data analysis and visualization tools adding value to departmental management (dashboards, models, and scorecards).
* Evaluate and explore technological solutions—such as automated query systems and migration to data models (e.g., Azure Databricks)—and recommend their adoption.
* Document redesigned processes and their standards, ensuring information traceability and database consistency.
* Train the team on new tools and processes, consolidating a culture of continuous improvement.
**What Requirements Must You Meet?**

* **Education:** Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, Management Control Engineering, or related degree (with focus on analysis and processes)
* **Professional Experience:** 2–4 years documenting, analyzing, and improving operational and financial processes; indicator management; and management control
* **Desirable Specific Experience:** Process documentation and standardization; KPI/KRI and dashboard development; automation of queries and reports; and database validation. **Desirable:** Experience in economic benefit processes or Law No. 16,744; migration of queries to automated models (Azure Databricks or similar); and support in technical reserve calculations.
* **Courses / Certifications: Mandatory:** Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, or others), Excel Macros, Visual Basic, and SharePoint. Desirable: SAP, Data Lake, and Azure. Diploma or course in process management and optimization.
