In this role, you will play a critical part in developing comprehensive technical, financial, and administrative proposals that drive business growth and customer satisfaction. If you thrive on challenges and are passionate about delivering innovative solutions, we want to meet you. * Prepare and develop technical, financial, and administrative proposals tailored to client specifications and project requirements. \- Analyze project scope, timelines, and resource allocation to produce accurate cost estimates and budgetary proposals. \- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, finance, and operations—to gather essential information and ensure proposal accuracy. \- Organize and structure complex proposal documentation clearly and professionally to effectively communicate the project’s value. * Conduct thorough research and analysis to support proposal recommendations and competitive positioning. \- Efficiently manage proposal timelines, ensuring all deliverables meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards. \- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to clarify requirements, answer questions, and present proposal outcomes. \- Utilize proposal management software and advanced Excel functions to organize data, build financial models, and generate reports. \- Review and verify proposal quality to ensure completeness, consistency, and compliance with company standards and client expectations. **Requirements** \*\*Minimum Requirements:\*\* \- Professional engineering degree (Engineer) or bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field \- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in proposal engineering, business development, or technical roles \- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and financial modeling, and intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word \- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex technical information * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously and meet tight deadlines \- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with meticulous attention to detail \- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities \- Experience preparing technical and financial documentation for projects \*\*Preferred Requirements:\*\* * Experience in consulting or technical management sectors. \- Experience in project budget estimation and cost analysis. \- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards. \- Experience in stakeholder management and client relationship management. \- Project management certification or relevant professional credentials. \- Experience working in international or multicultural environments. \- Professional certifications in engineering or related technical fields.
