Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer for a strategic project with high technological impact, focused on a SaaS platform hosted on Google Cloud Platform, within a banking environment. At C&S, we are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join a strategic project with high technological impact, focused on the implementation and operation of a SaaS platform on Google Cloud Platform. We seek a candidate with solid experience in production cloud environments, Kubernetes, and automation, capable of operating in highly demanding banking environments where security, operational continuity, and technological governance are fundamental. What challenges will you face? Provisioning and management of GCP-based projects for PP and PROD environments. Administration and operation of production Kubernetes clusters (GKE). Implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines. Security hardening of Kubernetes and cloud platforms. Configuration of CloudFlare, Cloud DNS, and associated networking components. Management of observability, monitoring, and alerting for the platform. Support during deployments, production rollout, and post-PROD stabilization. Technical documentation and runbook creation. What we are looking for: Solid experience with GCP (GKE, IAM, VPC, Cloud DNS, Cloud Armor, Secret Manager, Logging & Monitoring). Advanced production Kubernetes expertise, including Helm, RBAC, autoscaling, and stateful workloads. Experience with Docker and Linux (RHEL/Ubuntu). Proficiency in Terraform and/or gcloud CLI. Experience implementing CI/CD using GitLab CI, Jenkins, Cloud Build, or similar tools. CloudFlare expertise (WAF, DNS, and certificates). Experience working under CAB processes and change management in regulated environments. Nice-to-have: Experience in banking or financial services. MongoDB Enterprise on Kubernetes. APIGEE. Google Cloud certifications. Experience with platforms such as BigID, OneTrust, or Collibra. Work Mode: Fully remote, with possible on-site attendance at Banco Ripley Chile offices when required. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00, with availability for out-of-hours PROD releases and rotating on-call duties. Initial project duration of 5 months, with realistic opportunities for extension or continuation.
