Position Summary: We are seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to drive cultural transformation, strengthen people development practices, and optimize Lean management systems at Codelco. Accompaniment in Shingo recognition processes Innomet Ltda. is seeking an Operational Excellence Engineer to participate in Codelco’s Radomiro Tomic Division tender "Lean Management Support and Data Analytics Services", located 45 km north of Calama, Antofagasta Region. **Academic Qualifications**: * Civil Engineer (any specialty) or Commercial Engineer **Experience**: * Minimum 3 years of professional experience * Minimum 2 years of experience implementing Lean Management. **Main Responsibilities:** * Serve as a Change Agent within the division and assigned area, committed to Codelco’s cultural transformation. * Strengthen People Development discipline practices, including Role Development, Role Confirmation, Process Confirmations, Feedback, and Coaching. * Support the Organizational Excellence team and designated areas throughout the Shingo recognition process, focusing on mindset and behaviors, and cultural transformation for both Supervisory and Operational roles. * Diagnose the maturity level of C\+ management system implementation across the division’s various areas, with emphasis on improvement opportunities and value capture. * Implement the Lean Management system at a higher maturity level, supporting both senior supervision and operational line personnel by defining Tactical Implementation Plans (TIP), aligned with the division’s aspirations and the organization’s strategic initiatives. * Process identification and modeling using SIPOC, flowcharts, and Value Stream Mapping (VSM). * Process standardization and development/improvement of standards. **4x3 Work Schedule** Application Question(s): * Please indicate your salary expectations. * Are you available for travel?
