Together, we can transition toward a more sustainable, equitable, and balanced protein production system. **What You’ll Do** Reporting to the **Manager Pargua Research Station**, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, executing, and monitoring research trials at our Pargua Experimental Center. You will act as a liaison among global researchers, operations, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to scientific protocols, data quality, and proper development of innovation projects. Additionally, you will lead a team of Trial Technicians, contributing to a collaborative, high-performance work environment. **Who We’re Looking For** We seek a rigorous, collaborative, and results-oriented individual capable of thriving in dynamic environments and managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Someone who enjoys teamwork, cross-functional coordination, and applying the scientific method in a production context. **You’ll Also Need:** * A professional degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Veterinary Medicine, Agronomy, or a related field. * At least 5 years of relevant experience in aquaculture or pisciculture. * Experience with Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) and/or applied research experimental centers (highly desirable). * Experience leading technical teams or coordinating projects. * Knowledge of fish production, scientific methodology, and technical analysis of results. * Proficiency in Excel and ability to interpret reports and dashboards (Power BI is desirable). * Intermediate or higher level of English. * Strong communication, organizational, and coordination skills. **What You’ll Receive** As part of Nutreco, you will become a member of the SHV family—a diverse group of companies with a global presence.
