Job Summary: Monitoring Analyst to ensure operational continuity of Copec products and services through proactive monitoring, incident detection, and resolution management. Key Highlights: 1. A human-centered, collaborative, and development-oriented environment Ensure operational continuity of Copec's product and service ecosystem by proactively monitoring business-critical systems and platforms, promptly detecting incidents, and managing their resolution within defined SLAs. The Monitoring Analyst must prioritize events based on their criticality and impact, coordinating necessary actions to safeguard the availability and proper functioning of products and services. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor platforms, systems, or services using defined tools. * Detect, log, and manage incidents. * Prioritize alerts based on criticality and impact. * Escalate issues to respective teams when required. * Track incidents until resolution. * Generate event and incident reports. * Support continuous improvement of monitoring processes. **Requirements:** * Technical or Engineering degree in Computer Science, Connectivity and Networks, or Telecommunications. * 1–2 years of experience in Monitoring or IT Support roles. * Technical knowledge in: * Proficiency with ITSM tools (basic Jira Service Management). * Experience or familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred). * Knowledge/Experience with monitoring platforms (NewRelic, Grafana, Nagios, Uptrends, Dynatrace). **Availability to work rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night), on a 5x2 schedule (Monday through Sunday).** **What We Offer:** * Job Stability; Fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite term based on performance. * Hybrid work model (defined in-office days). * Net salary: $900\.000\. * Corporate cafeteria lunch on in-office days. * Complementary health insurance. * Year-end bonus for National Holidays and Christmas. * Christmas Bonus Box. * A human-centered, collaborative, and professionally development-oriented environment. **Are you interested?** Apply now and join a company that values your work and supports your professional growth.
