At ANWO, a leading company in air conditioning and energy efficiency, we seek an Innovation and Development Manager who combines technical, commercial, and creative perspectives. This role aims to identify, evaluate, and advance new business opportunities, technologies, and products — both within our current product lines and by exploring new categories that add value to the Chilean market. What We Expect From You: * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or a related field with a technical-commercial profile * Minimum 3 years of experience in product roles, category management, and/or innovation in air conditioning, renewable energy, retail, home improvement, mass consumption, or related industries * Advanced English (spoken and written) * Experience in supplier negotiation and brand management * Proficiency in data analysis tools (advanced Excel, Power BI, or others) What Matters to Us * Dynamic profile with energy and strong commercial orientation * Strong analytical capability with strategic vision * Ability to challenge the status quo and propose innovative solutions * Skill in cross-functional collaboration across multiple teams **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * + University degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or related field + 3+ years in product, category, or innovation roles within related industries + Advanced English + Experience in commercial and supplier management + Proficiency in data analysis and artificial intelligence tools (Excel, Power BI, ChatGPT, etc.) **Selection Process** ------------------------ The selection process is conducted via Aira — a recruitment platform designed to enhance your application experience.
