We’re waiting for you! **Job Mission** Ensure the availability, quality, integration, and proper distribution of information used by the Business Intelligence area. The role will be responsible for managing and improving the area’s data processes, identifying issues before they impact users, investigating root causes, and coordinating resolutions with IT, Data Warehouse, and business areas. We seek a professional who not only executes data loads but also understands business logic, validates results, and proposes improvements, automations, and new technological solutions. **Main Responsibilities** * Design and maintain data models for various area projects, defining structures, tables, relationships, sources, business rules, loading processes, historical records, validations, backups, and recovery mechanisms—ensuring solutions are scalable, well-documented, and aligned with business needs. * Administer and monitor data loads from the Data Warehouse to BI databases and servers. * Design, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT processes. * Implement quality controls, reconciliations, and alerts for critical tables. * Investigate failures, identify root causes, and coordinate resolution with responsible areas. * Ensure the quality of information sent to partners, brands, and internal customers. * Migrate legacy processes to current tables and sources. * Automate manual tasks and optimize slow or unstable processes. * Document processes, queries, dependencies, logs, and contingency procedures. * Collaborate with IT on projects. * Understand business logic related to operations, customers, insurance, payments, contactability, and campaigns. * Periodically propose improvements to increase process stability, efficiency, and traceability. **Candidate Profile** **Education:** Computer Engineering, Civil Computer Engineering, Data Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. **Experience:** At least four years of experience in: * ETL/ELT processes. * Relational databases. * Production process administration. * Information quality and monitoring. * Coordination with IT or Data Warehouse teams. *If you enjoy challenges and being part of a large company, don’t hesitate to apply.*
