We are seeking an Occupational Health and Safety Advisor to ensure safety in hotel facilities, controlling and eliminating hazardous conditions in compliance with applicable regulations.

We are **Grupo Cintac**, part of the **CAP** Holding Group. We operate in Chile and Peru, with business divisions including Modular Construction through **Promet Chile** and **Promet Perú**, and Industrial Division through **Cintac Saic** in Chile and **Tupemesa** in Peru.
We operate several production plants — those in Chile are located in the communes of Colina, Maipú, and Lonquén — as well as storage yards in northern and central zones. We provide hospitality services through four of our own modular hotels located in Calama, Mejillones, and the central Coya zone, as well as camps primarily serving the mining and energy sectors. In residential construction, we are expanding industrial-scale manufacturing of modular homes.

We are currently recruiting for the position of **Occupational Health and Safety Advisor**, to be based at our hotels under a 5x2 shift schedule, with availability to reside at our facilities.
Your primary mission will be to provide occupational health and safety advisory services for assigned facilities and implement such measures across various activities, ensuring compliance with established regulations, standards, and procedures — with the objective of controlling and/or eliminating hazardous conditions that could lead to accidents and/or occupational illnesses.
Requirements:
* Degree or technical qualification in Occupational Health and Safety
* Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems
* 2–3 years of professional experience
* 2 years of experience in the hospitality sector
