At Mallplaza, we are looking for our next Intern for the Compensation and Management Control area. Responsibilities * Automation and Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve or automate Excel spreadsheets or repetitive reports. * Process Documentation: Assist in drafting flowcharts and internal procedure manuals for the Compensation area. * Data Quality: Periodically audit Human Resources (ERP) system databases to ensure employee information (cost centers, positions, base salaries) is accurate and up to date. * Structure and Compensation: Update system structures while ensuring effective, timely, and compliant change control. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree program in Commercial Engineering, Industrial Civil Engineering, or related field. * Valid enrollment certificate and school insurance. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * Experience with BI software (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). * Knowledge of databases.
