As a Cleaning Assistant, you will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organizing, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Ensure compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and sanitization standards by following company-designated protocols. * Deliver service in accordance with customer service standards, ensuring continuous restocking of products. ✅ * Guarantee customer satisfaction by consistently providing friendly and high-quality service. * Collaborate with other staff members to ensure a clean and safe environment for customers. Requirements * Residence in Region III or Region IV. * Completed secondary education. * Availability to work an 8x6 rotating shift schedule. * Minimum of 1 year of experience in cleaning and customer service. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food service operations. * Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a dynamic environment. * Medical fitness to work at high geographical altitudes.
