**Job Summary:** Sole and direct responsible for all activities related to chemical analysis services. Coordinates service execution at site and at the contractor's laboratory.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Coordinate services, acting as the sole and direct responsible for all activities related to the service at site.
* Maintain a complaints log and implement corrective action plans.
* Regularly review and record entries in the Digital Works Log (LOD), the sole official record.
* Efficiently manage all resources under their responsibility.
**Requirements**
* Required education: Degree in Chemical Civil Engineering, Chemical Technician, or related field
* Required experience: Minimum 10 years in chemical analysis service administration, with proven knowledge in safety and resource protection.
* Proficient user-level knowledge of Word, Excel, and other software.
