End-to-end quotation management and technical support to customers. **SEW\-EURODRIVE Chile**, a leader in industrial drive and automation solutions, is looking to hire an **Internal Technical Quoter**, responsible for **managing quotation requests, verifying spare parts availability, supporting the commercial team, and ensuring timely and technically sound customer service.** This position serves as a critical **link between technical, logistics, and commercial departments**, ensuring accurate order processing and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Receive and manage quotation requests** from customers and the commercial team. * **Identify SEW\-EURODRIVE spare parts, components, and products**, verifying compatibility and system availability. * **Coordinate with warehouse, technical service, and sales teams** to ensure correct timelines and deliveries. * **Review technical datasheets and drawings** to support accurate quotations. * **Register and track quotations and orders** in the internal system (ERP or CRM). * **Support phone or email inquiries** regarding technical questions or pricing from customers. * **Ensure up-to-date pricing lists and product catalogs.** **Requirements:** * **Technical degree in Industrial Mechanics, Industrial Engineering, Automation, or a related field.** * **Minimum 1 year of experience** in technical quotations, industrial spare parts, or B2B customer service. * Basic knowledge of **mechanics, motors, gearmotors, or electromechanical components.** * Proficiency in **Excel and ERP or CRM systems.** * Ability to **work collaboratively, organize tasks effectively, and pay close attention to detail.** **Working Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday–Thursday, 8:00–17:00 hrs; Friday, 8:00–16:00 hrs. * **Contract Type:** Fixed-term contract for 3 months, with potential extension to indefinite term based on performance. * **Work Location:** Copiapó **Benefits:** * Benefits through **Caja Los Héroes.** * **Uniform and PPE.** * Complementary insurance. * September and December bonuses. * Professional development opportunity within an **industry-leading company.** * **If you have technical experience and are interested in a dynamic role involving direct contact with customers and industrial equipment, apply now and join SEW\-EURODRIVE Chile.** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $900\.000 \- $1\.000\.000 per month Application Questions: * Please describe your relevant experience for this position. * Please state your current academic level. * Please indicate your place of residence.
