We are currently seeking a Developer for our digital factory team, responsible for front-end and back-end development of the next-generation products and services of Caja Los Andes, handling all tasks within service construction processes, system interfaces, and/or user interfaces, to achieve implementation of the technological solutions required to complete a project. Plus many other benefits such as childcare services, salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentives, among many others. **As a Developer, your responsibilities will include:** Designing and implementing software programs for Caja Los Andes using various programming languages Reviewing and overseeing the quality of new and existing software at Caja Los Andes Modifying and adapting existing development programs to meet newly identified or requested requirements Evaluating software performance specifications and requirements together with the development team and UX designers at Caja Los Andes. What are we looking for in you? Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Engineering, or related fields.
