Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and proactive Graphic Designer to develop visual and audiovisual solutions that effectively communicate Detacoop’s brand across various digital and print media. Currently, we are looking for a **Graphic Designer** for our **Communications, Marketing, and Products Department**. If you are creative, proactive, and passionate about multimedia design, we want to meet you! ### **Role:** The Graphic Designer is responsible for the operational efficiency and functionality of design processes within the department, developing visual and audiovisual solutions that effectively communicate the brand across various digital and print media. ### **Functions and Responsibilities:** * Design graphic materials for the cooperative: banners, presentations, brochures, infographics, social media posts, among others. * Prepare and publish the Digital Newsletter on the Intranet. * Adapt graphic assets to different formats and channels (web, social media, print). * Propose innovative visual ideas for brand positioning and product marketing. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines. * Stay updated on design trends, tools, and technologies. * Create and edit audiovisual content: promotional videos, tutorials, animations, and motion graphics. * Manage the library of graphic and audiovisual resources. * Prepare the Annual Report and coordinate with the printing service. * Edit communication videos for Social Media, the corporate website, and the Intranet. * Update information on the corporate website and social media; manage contests. * Participate in the planning and organization of product promotion events, internal communications, and financial education initiatives. * Monitor advertising status at branches and paid spaces. ### **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed university degree or technical program in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related field. * **Experience:** Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred). * **Expected Knowledge:** * Advanced Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) * Video editing, animation, and UI/UX design * Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD (preferred), and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS * Intermediate-level Office proficiency. ### **Benefits:** * 40-hour weekly work schedule: * Monday–Thursday: 08:45 – 17:45 * Friday: 08:45 – 16:30 * Initial fixed-term contract with potential conversion to indefinite term. * Offices located in Providencia. * Annual salary adjustment based on IPC (Consumer Price Index). * Real opportunities for professional growth. * A half-day off on your birthday. * Year-end bonuses for National Holidays, Christmas, and other celebrations. * Flexible working hours for personal errands. * Free training and professional development. * Direct hiring by the company. * **️ Simple and transparent selection process:** * Preliminary telephone screening to get to know you better. * Technical interview with department head and/or management. * Internal psychotechnical evaluation.
