Academic Qualifications: * Graphic design, digital design, or other disciplines related to user research and experience design. Specific Knowledge: * Knowledge and mastery of the Design Thinking methodology. * Qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. * User experience design, usability and interaction principles, interface design, evaluation, testing, and measurement. * Figma (Advanced level). * Lysnna, Maze, Hotjar, Jira, Miro, or Mural. * Visual communication and design skills for creating wireframes and prototypes.
