Responsibilities * Prepare food and control delivered preparations. * Maintain continuity of the production process as planned. * Conduct temperature controls for all production processes involving your area. * Ensure compliance with protocols, quality standards, health regulations, and safety requirements. Requirements * Knowledge and application of hygiene and cleaning standards throughout the entire production process. * Ability to use and maintain basic kitchen equipment—such as ovens, stoves, and other appliances—in good working condition. * Use of instruments such as scales and thermometers to monitor food quality and temperatures. * Proficiency in various preparation techniques—from cutting and cooking to plating. * Use of personal protective equipment. * Availability to work Full-Time. * Residence in Mejillones.
