We are looking for a **7x7 CASINO SUPERVISOR** If you are a leader passionate about achieving operational excellence through timely planning and delivering high-quality food service to customers. **Responsibilities** * Organize, direct, and evaluate the allocation of Human Resources (shifts, leave requests, duties, selection, overtime authorization, etc.). * Supervise casino staff in fulfilling their responsibilities to collectively achieve the objectives outlined above. * Plan a work schedule: allocate personnel across various service areas and assign tasks to be performed during working hours and shifts. * Conduct inspections across different casino areas (kitchen, dining room, pantry, and storage rooms) to verify that assigned tasks and work procedures are being carried out during each shift. * Taste-test and verify production quantities for various services according to the agreed schedule. * Verify and ensure that service delivery begins punctually and at the scheduled time. * Supervise and control the production process, promptly addressing any needs or issues that may arise. **Requirements** * Formal education in a related field or competency-based training acquired through experience. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar positions; 4 years if formal education is not held. * Prior experience in this role or similar roles is desirable. * Ability to work effectively in teams and within dynamic environments. * Availability to work rotating shifts. * Physical health compatible with job requirements. **Minimum Experience** 3 or 4 years of experience in similar roles within multinational companies and general services. **Benefits** * Opportunities for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Continuous learning and training opportunities. * On-site meals. * Compensation Fund (Caja de Compensación). ✨ Join our team and become part of one of Chile’s top food service companies worldwide.
