This position is critical to ensuring fulfillment of our commitments to clients in highly demanding environments with operational complexity. **Key Responsibilities** * Comprehensively lead the management of complex contracts, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, timelines, and cost requirements. * Manage client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and safeguarding long-term relationships. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, promoting a culture of safety, collaboration, and high performance. * Identify risks and opportunities, making timely decisions in challenging scenarios. * Ensure proper project execution according to global standards and processes. **Requirements** * Professional degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, or related field. * Postgraduate degree in Project Management (preferred). * Solid experience as a Project Manager or Contract Manager in large-scale mining in Chile. * Experience managing contracts involving teams of over 70 people. Experience at Codelco División Andina will be valued. * Experience working with contractor companies. * Strong leadership capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and ability to manage demanding clients. * Results-oriented mindset, with focus on safety and operational excellence. * Advanced English proficiency (preferred). * Willingness to travel within and outside Chile. * Willingness to work in Los Andes. ### **Sandvik is an equal opportunity employer.
