Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst passionate about bridging business needs with innovative technological solutions, leading digital transformation and agile product management. Key Highlights: 1. Lead Product Discovery processes and AS-IS / TO-BE diagnostics. 2. Define and manage the product backlog using Scrum and Kanban. 3. Propose innovative solutions, including applied AI and virtual assistants. We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our agile team! Your responsibilities: Analysis and Strategy: Lead Product Discovery processes and diagnose business processes (AS-IS / TO-BE) to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Agile Product Management: Define and manage the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and develop the strategic roadmap using Scrum and Kanban. Leadership and Collaboration: Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and technical teams, serving as the key liaison between business and technology. Innovation and Quality: Propose innovative solutions—including applied AI (virtual assistants, generative AI)—and coordinate functional testing (UAT) to ensure deliverable quality. What we’re looking for: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Project Leader, preferably in banking, insurance, or logistics. Proven experience in gathering functional requirements and process modeling (Bizagi or similar tools). Ability to articulate business needs and translate them into technological solutions—blending BA and PO responsibilities. Leadership, effective communication, and teamwork skills in agile environments. What we offer: Initial fixed-term contract of 1–2 months, transitioning to an indefinite contract by the 4th month. 100% remote work for professionals residing in Chile, with working hours from 08:30–18:00.
