Your primary objective will be to lead and manage investment projects end-to-end—from conception through commissioning—ensuring compliance with safety, quality, cost, and schedule standards, in alignment with Nestlé’s principles and regulations. **A Day in the Life of…** * Lead engineering projects from initial concept through start-up and final handover. * Design technical solutions considering safety, quality, and hygienic design standards. * Manage suppliers and contractors, ensuring adherence to deadlines, quality, and performance. * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (internal and external), influencing without direct authority. * Administer CAPEX budgets, controlling costs, risks, and variances. * Collaborate closely with key areas including Production, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Safety. * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and corporate standards at every project phase. * Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation in production processes. **What Will Make You Successful** * Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical or Civil-Mechanical Engineering. * Minimum 5 years of experience managing industrial projects (ideally in food manufacturing). * Experience managing end-to-end projects (PMI or equivalent methodologies). * Knowledge of hygienic design and industrial safety standards. * Experience managing suppliers and contractors. * Advanced conversational English (mandatory). * Strong leadership and influence capabilities within teams without direct reporting lines. * Dynamic, structured, results-oriented profile with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
