Company committed to diversity and inclusion Shift-based Operator Valparaíso Region Valparaíso An industrial services company with experience in the sector is currently seeking an **Operations Assistant** for a contract position located at **Codelco Ventanas**. Your mission will be to carry out tasks associated with the receiving, inspection, classification, recovery, washing, and dispatch of copper cargo, supporting the operational continuity of the contract while complying with the Safety, Occupational Health, Environmental, and Quality standards established by the Client and the Company. **Main Responsibilities:** Receive and inspect cathode units, representative cathodes, or other similar cargo. Carry out cathode recovery, inspection, and classification processes in accordance with established procedures. Support the removal of nodulation and cathode recovery when applicable. Perform cargo dispatch, control, weighing, strapping, and final inspection. Carry out cleaning, sanitation, and washing of work areas and copper bundles. Inspect working conditions prior to commencing tasks, reporting deviations or unsafe conditions. **Conditions:** The work is performed under a contract located at **Codelco Ventanas**. Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial operations or companies linked to the mining sector. Desirable knowledge of copper cargo handling, cathode classification, tool usage, and risk prevention.
