Extensive experience in institutional-level meal preparation. **Job Description** --------------------------- The AI Kitchen Master is responsible for assisting cooks, chefs, or food service managers in preparing recipe ingredients and performing other tasks related to meal preparation and service. The role also requires preparing meals according to recipes and production guidelines, while adhering to food safety, handling, and sanitation procedures. Essential job functions and responsibilities may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs. **Job Responsibilities** -------------------------------- * Coordinate and control contract service production according to company-established standards, aiming for high-quality production processes to ensure food safety, compliance with established menus, and customer satisfaction. * Coordinate and control product preparation according to the company's standardized recipes across various service areas (cold kitchen, hot kitchen, pastry, bakery, special services, etc.). * Develop work schedules for food production processes to ensure service quality. * Coordinate raw material orders according to menu planning. To achieve our goals, job responsibilities may change or new ones may be added without formal notice. **Qualifications** ------------------- * Extensive experience in institutional-level meal preparation and in high-complexity casinos, preferably. * Knowledge of various food preparation methods, precise operation of convection ovens and knives, and food safety regulations—such as precise food handling, sanitation, and storage—preferably. * Ability to obtain food safety certification. * Demonstrate basic mathematical and counting skills. * Demonstrate interpersonal, leadership, and written and verbal communication skills. This position may involve physical demands including, but not limited to, lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and/or walking and standing for extended periods.
