Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals across a range of cleaning functions, responsible for maintaining the hotel’s overall appearance and cleanliness. They feel empowered to stay active and do whatever is needed at any given moment. Whether responding to guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and public areas, or handling other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces enable guests to have an outstanding experience. Regardless of your specific role, there are several fundamentals essential to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring your uniform, personal appearance, and communication remain professional). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in various physical tasks (moving items, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 50 pounds without assistance).
