Our Guest Environment Experts are skilled professionals across a range of cleaning functions, responsible for maintaining the hotel’s appearance and cleanliness throughout. They feel empowered to be on the move and do what needs to be done at any given moment. Whether responding to guest requests, restocking cleaning carts, cleaning guest rooms and common areas, or handling other responsibilities, Guest Environment Experts ensure hotel spaces enable guests to have an outstanding experience. Regardless of their specific role, there are several fundamentals critical to success (ensuring a safe workplace, following company guidelines and procedures, respecting confidentiality, upholding quality standards, and ensuring professional appearance, personal presentation, and communication). Guest Environment Experts are constantly on the move (standing, sitting, walking for extended periods) and engage in a variety of physical tasks (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects weighing less than 50 pounds without assistance).
